Terms and Conditions of Deep Clean

Payment :
Payment is required at the end of the clean by cheque with a valid cheque guarantee card or by cash.

A credit 30 day account can be set up for companies wishing use or services regularly, however payment is on a strict 30 days from invoice.

Deposits :
In order to book our service a small non refundable deposit of £30 is required, this books the day, if a cancellation is made, and not rescheduled the deposit is lost.
If a deposit is not taken and a cancellation made a charge of £30 will be invoiced to your address.

Cancellation:
If a cancellation is made and not rescheduled after a clean is booked your deposit will be retained. If a deposit was not collected a £30 charge will be invoiced to your address

None Payment :
If payment is not made as highlighted above, action will be taken to recover our costs of ether none payment for work done, or for loss of a day, where a deposit has not been taken and the £30 charge has not been paid.

If a cheque is not paid for any reason, an additional charge of £50 for administration charges will be invoiced to the address on top of the money owed, and action taken to recover our losses.
