Before you employ someone to clean your upholstery you need to make sure they know what they are doing and are fully insured.

The type of upholstery you have will determine the type of upholstery cleaning method required. If cleaned incorrectly, it is possible that your fabrics will shrink, which can lead to the seams splitting. Upholstery may also become discoloured or the fabrics ruined meaning that you may well have to throw them away in 3-6 months time due to the use of chemicals that were too strong for the job.
